Pam & Scott’s wedding was my last wedding of 2012 and it certainly ended the year on a high! Pam and the girls had stayed the night before which was great as everyone seemed relaxed and organised. I enjoyed the girl chat while I photographed them getting ready!
Orocco Pier is a beautiful boutique hotel and the main room looked very festive with all the Christmas decorations. The ceremony was extra special as Scott and Pam had prepared their own personal vows, something I don’t see very often. I had to try and hide my watery eyes after hearing their heartfelt words!!
We were lucky that the rain stopped for long enough to go outside for a few couple portraits. South Queensferry is a such a pretty little town it was great to make the most of it. Although the tide was in we found a good view of the rail bridge on dry land.
Pam & Scott thanks for asking me photograph your big day, below are a few of my favourite moments :-).

Claire and Chris recently got married in the last week of December…my second last wedding of the year. I spent the morning with the girls at Claire’s house photographing them getting ready and then headed to the Hilcroft to meet the boys for a few pictures before the ceremony. The ceremony was lovely and their daughter made it extra special by being flower girl and doing a reading, everyone was very impressed. It was another Wintery wet day but we did manage to go outside for a few group and couple shots which I like to do if possible. The grass was wet so we were confined to the red carpet to avoid spoiling anyones shoes!
Below are a few preview shots of the day. Best wishes to you both.

I photographed Christine and Andy’s wedding just a few days before Christmas. It was the shortest days of the year and possibly one of the wettest but they didn’t let the rain spoil their day. Christine and Andy braved the rain towards the end of the day so that I could use it to our advantage for a few romantic shots. Many thanks to Christine’s Dad for holding an umbrella over us and my camera!! It was such a happy day, everyone was so warm and friendly and Christine and Andy were beaming from ear to ear all day. I loved the red Wintery theme it worked so well for the time of year.
Thanks for choosing me to be part of your special day. Here are a few of my favourites…

I recently photographed Reza and Isabelle’s wedding at Park Circus in Glasgow. It was a lovely small, intimate wedding with their close friends and family and I covered around 3 and a half hours of the day. They plan to have another larger celebration next year.
We headed to Kelvingrove Park just around the corner from Park Circus for some group and couple shots. Luckily the rain stayed off but it was freezing cold so we didn’t stay for too long.
Here a few of my favourite shots from the day. Thanks for choosing me to photograph your day

Last week I covered Natalie and Ronald’s wedding at South Queensferry Registry Office. They chose to share their day with twenty of their closest friends and family, many of whom had flown over from various countries. I only covered one and a half hours of the day but as you can see I still captured the most important details. The ceremony was nice and relaxed followed by lots of congratulatory hugs! We then headed outside for some group shots and then Natalie and Ronald had some couple portraits taken on the beach. Best wishes to you both.
