I recently had the pleasure of photographing Luke and Laura-Jane’s wedding at Orocco Pier in Edinburgh. I’ve photographed a couple of weddings there now and I really love the venue. The fantastic backdrop of the Forth Bridge and the picturesque main street of South Queensferry make for some great photography opportunities.

Laura-Jane and and the girls stayed over the night before which made it very handy as I was able to nip out to see the boys for some pictures and then back again for more shots of the girls before the ceremony. The ceremony was lovely and Laura-Jane and Luke looked over the moon when they were pronounced as husband and wife :-)! Afterwards I photographed some candid moments before starting the group shots.  I was pleased the tide was out as I was able to get a shot of all the guests on the beach with the rail bridge in the background. After the traditional family shots the bridal party and I headed along to the pier for some more relaxed, fun shots. Below are a few of my favourites that sum up the day, feel free to leave a comment.
