I recently photographed beautiful baby Mia & her parents at their home near Glasgow. She was a little star in front of the camera & didn’t complain at all! She was so interested in what was going on she looks a little serious even with all our silly noises and songs! Thanks for a great day :-). x

This family photo shoot on a farm was a first for me!! I went to Jenny and Stephen’s farm for some relaxed pre-wedding family photos with their pigs and chickens!! It was nice to get their two young children involved in the photo session.
It was the first time I’ve taken pictures on a farm and I forgot about the possible hazards. I managed to sit on some wet chicken poo while trying to take some photos which was quite funny! My husband thought it was hilarious when I arrived home and told him!!
Looking forward to your big day on Thursday :-).
Family photography Lanarkshire – Yesterday I photographed lovely 2 year old Nuala and her 9 week old baby brother Cameron at their home in Lanarkshire. Nuala’s Mum tried to keep her entertained by playing hide and seek with her in the garden and we had all sorts of toys outside to keep her busy! Afterwards we went indoors to take some shots of little Cameron and even managed to get a shot of them together which wasn’t an easy task with two young children! Here’s a sneak preview of the shots –
I had the pleasure of photographing this little cutie and her family at the weekend, we had fun trying to keep Mariella entertained! The entertainment included riding on a bumblebee toy and playing a hand clapping game :-)!! Mariella’s Granny even came along and read her a story which made for some lovely candid pictures. Here are a few of my favourites-
Today I met this lovely family near Stirling for some natural outdoor family portraits. They have professional photos taken every few years so everyone was pretty relaxed in front of the camera! When I set off from my house it was raining but luckily by the time I arrived the rain was off. It was still cloudy which is actually quite good for portrait photography as it gives a nice soft light. Even although it’s Winter the colours in the woods were surprisingly vibrant with all the moss on the trees and the carpet of orange leaves :-).
Here’s a preview showing a few of my favourites, the rest will be ready soon. It was great to meet you all, hope to see you again!
Portrait photography in Glasgow.
Last weekend I met up with twins Anna, Riley and their Mum and Dad for some photos at their home and a nearby park. They are so alike that I struggled to remember tell them apart! They seemed to enjoy their trip to the park even although it was a very cold day. Toddlers are quite tricky photo subjects and I ended up just trying to take a photo when they weren’t expecting it! Here are a few of my favourite photos.
