I photographed Rachael and Steve’s intimate Winter wedding at Orocco Pier at the end of December. The venue looked amazing with an abundance of decorations and twinkling fairy lights which really added to the festive atmosphere. With a later ceremony time of 3:30pm the light was starting to fade as Rachael arrived but being used to working in low light this didn’t phase me. It was lovely to see everyones reaction as Rachael arrived, she looked beautiful! After the ceremony we went outside to capture some photos of just the two of them in front of the Forth Bridge before the light completely disappeared. On our walk back to Orocco we came across lots of Christmas street lights, perfect for incorporating into a few more shots. It was a relaxed day just as Rachael and Steve had planned.
